October 5 - October 9, 2009:

This week saw the permanent removal of the escalator that led to
Upper Place Riel from the Lower Place Riel.

The construction crews continue to construct concrete forms for the third
floor of the new Place Riel.

A construction site heater has been installed on the north side of Place
Riel to ensure that the crew is warm while working during the winter
months.
